"The days go slowly but the years fly by" sounds trite and cliche but it is true.
Having 3 or 4 little ones that are all still quite needy can be overwhleming but it does NOT last forever. All you can do is take it one day at a time and remind yourself over and over that they will not be in diapers forever or unable to make it the toilet to throw up or unable to tie their own shoes or all be in car seats. They do grow up.

My first two were a little over 15 months apart. Everyone else has come anywhere from 20-30 months later. My last four are all almost exactly 2 years apart.
Those first two are now 18 and 17 and the oldest is in college. When she was home for Christmas break I'll give you one guess who she spent the most time with. Her 'annoying little brother'. At times they were sillier/crazier/louder than the little kids. It seems like yesterday I was singing them Barney songs to get them to pick up their toys.
