That's a good idea, except with meat and beer.

That's a good idea, except with meat and beer.

I'd do a beer swap.  I found some guides to package it and ship it safely. 

Of course, I'd prefer the beers be regional/microbrews.  Much as I love my Schlitz and PBR.... LOL

A bake swap sounds awesome -- but I'm a little scared that things would be stale if they had to be shipped internationally.  Yet, it would be very unfun to limit it to US only.  :(
