A bake swap sounds awesome -- but I'm a little scared that things would be stale if they had to be shipped internationally.  Yet, it would be very unfun to limit it to US only.  :(

This occurred to me as well, so I thought candy might be a good substitute. There are some brands or varieties that you can't get in the US and vice versa.
