I think it is interesting that Gotmituns claims he uses German in his screen name  because of his German heritage, but he can not even write a four word sentence in German without grammar mistakes. 

I have Mexican heritage but I have trouble writing in Spanish.  I'm willing to bet that you find a lot of people with a certain heritage that are proud of it, yet cannot speak or write the language.

Also, when I'm replying to you, you know it's time to drop it!   LOL

I did not mean that I think he is lying about his German heritage, just that German language does not seem a central part of his experience of his heritage.  It seems odd that a person who feels so strongly about the German language that he insists on using it in his screen name, in spite of its anti-Catholic connotations, cannot write simple sentences in German.

I consider it quite an accomplishment to have provoked you into writing a serious post.   Sticking tongue out at you

In no way was I attempting to point out any hypocrisies of Vakarian. I was just trying to help him out. He used the plural, and I said he needed the singular(ultimately the familiar form). He's a solid Catholic and a good German(Cincinnatian). I am not sure what the beef is between you two so I'll stay out of it.

Oh, BTW: I'll miss VetusOrdo. He taught me much. And his thinking and ability to express himself in English(being it his third) language is no less than genius.
