Occams says contrail not chemtrail. But is occams an actual "proof"

Not a proof but a way of looking at things wherein the simplest explanation is more often correct.  IOW the trails are frozen water vapor from the engine exhaust.

Obviously, they got the idea from Pussy Galore and her stunt team. Remember when they sprayed the sleeping gas at Fort Knox?



Of course, Pussy is a hero, and switched the cannisters. But, at this point in the story, things are looking bad.

Well, let's have fun with this.  I'll ask a question.  If there's a Fisheater here who knows the answer, please answer!  

My question:  Can a commercial jet turn off its engines for about ten seconds and still continue in a straight line without losing altitude?

I found the speaker very very vague about the actual purpose of these things, and instead he spent hsi time making vague allusions to secrecy and conspiracies. I am not knocking the  theory here, but  the man was asked what is the purpose of these things, and I don't think he answered the question. He did suggest they are involved in some sort of weapons defence system. But even so, he does not say how it works. Would it be wrong to have an aerial weapons defence system? Could one of you who actually knows about this please explain? I just want more information.
