I only saw the first 15 minutes or so at a friends house what I saw didn't look too bad. One thing I noticed was King John the "Bad Guy" of the movie has a Monk executed for something. Which is a switch from the usual Hollywood crap of showing anyone that is religious as an evil person. I have heard it described as a sort of medieval 300.

Didn't the king kidnap Isabel, thus angering Philip Augustus. I should remember all of this, as its quite interesting.

Praying for the dead is important. PM me if you need a cantor for the Requiem Mass of a deceased friend or family member. Have cassock and surplice, will travel. (Will also do weddings for a reasonable price.)

The great character actor Paul Giamatti plays King John himself. Man, I really like that guy! A terrific actor and a humble gentleman. Only fly in the ointment is that he is an Atheist.

Please pray for his conversion and that of his family. Many thanks in advance.
