Although I used to listen to them every day, and I got the feeling that most of the staff aren't all that friendly towards traditional Catholicism.  And that sentiment is much more obvious on the forum.

I was checking out some of your posts there.  I think you did a good job.

Uh oh, well I'll try to keep my CAF-induced frustration under control now that I know I'm being watched Grin

Although I'm sure I'll be banned before long...posts listing off pre-VII popes who are at odds with a poster are very offensive, you know.

Well, the Holy Spirit seemed to use CAF to bring me back into the faith when I had many questions... and eventually it brought me to where I am today. For that I am eternally thankful, to God of course, but also to CAF for helping me in that regard. I don't think that it's fair to characterize the majority of posts there as misleading. From what I have found, though hardly an authority, they generally try to give good sound doctrinal and moral advice for the simple questions. Theological doctrinal questions they can get a bit muddled, but we're living in a post-Teilhard post-Kung world where many are confused and a bit all over the place --- and these are just internet personalities (like us all).

Sure, CAF is inconsistent with it's application of the "agenda" posting - liberals can say what they like, pagans and Protestants are given a soapbox while any whiff of traditional Catholicism is quickly given the boot. I can think of a few reasons as to why they do this. Whatever their reasons, and whatever the inconsistencies, contradictions and injustices I have realized that in this vale of tears nothing is perfect. Fish Eaters has a few glitches too here and there. We're all just trying our best to give all the glory to God.

LOL  That's why I keep my CAF identity a secret.

We should be taking bets on how long it takes.  Smile
