Just copy the URL from your browser's address bar, paste it into the post box, highlight it and click on the youtube button above the box. Don't mess with youtube's 'embed code'. It doesn't work here.

Even easier. Save the image to TinyPic (or a similar program). You don't even have to sign up for TnyPic, unless you want to save the image permanently. Copy the 'IMG code for forums and message boards' and paste it into the message box.
