I am selling a pearly fertility monitor like this one: http://naturalbirthcontrol.com/show.php/en/pearly I bought it a few years ago, but it ended up not working out for us, so it's barely been used.  It can be used to postpone or achieve pregnancy, and works on the temperature method.  I have had it long enough that the battery will need to be replaced by the manufacturer ($35).  It cost $330 new, and I was hoping to get $100 for it.

“Our Earth is degenerate in these later days; there are signs that the world is speedily coming to an end; bribery and corruption are common; children no longer obey their parents; every man wants to write a book and the end of the world is evidently approaching.”

If you think it's the end of the world, you're not the first.  But hey, eventually someone will be right.
