Haha yes probably this. But as lame as it might sound, I also find bashing out some Rachmaninoff on the piano to be pretty good at relieving stress. Mind you my piano probably won't outlive me at this rate. |

Playing drums really helps me. One of my favorite things to do when I get home from school is play my drums right away. Otherwise, reading and something physical, like push-ups or burpees or something. I have a punching bag, but use it for exercise and fun, not as destressor.
