Is there anyone here who wants an avatar but might not be quite "hip" as to how to get one or resize it properly, etc.? If so, just post here what you are looking for and I will try to find a reallllly nice one just for you. OK? OK!

I can also help if anyone needs it. I create my own avatars, so if you have a photo you want to use and want it jazzed up a bit (ie: borders, adding little graphics to it, etc) I can do that too.  I can also do them from scratch - BUT I'm not Da Vinci or anything, so don't expect a masterpiece! ;)

Mine seems to be a bit fuzzy.  Any suggestions?

Fixed! I resized it to 120 pixels high, then pasted it onto a 120X120 square, and then made the background invisible so the statue stands alone.

Can you perform that operation on mine, Vox. I'd much appreciate it since a Catholic in a state-of-grace can gain more graces by contemplating the Holy Face - even a glance.

Thanks.

I always have trouble with rectangular pics. I don't know how to paste them onto a 120x120 square.

Can you please help me with this one?

Thanks!!

It is smaller, but it will work for your avatar. I can't make the actual picture wider without blurring the pic, but I can add a color border to the sides of it to make it look wider. Let me know if you want the border. Smile

Yours is tricky because of the text. Just resizing it made the text impossible to read, so what I did here was to crop the image of the Holy Face and put it in a 120X120 box, and then add the text above and below. But the mention of Sr. Pierina is gone, so you might not like it (and if you don't, that's OK! You don't have to use it!):

If you just want the Holy Face without text, the Holy Face itself will, of course, be much larger. But it will still be a lot taller than it is wide because, well, it's a Face LOL
