Urgent prayer request

Unemployment is trying to prove that we turned down a job while my husband was unemployed.  We didn't do it, but proving you didn't do something is somewhat difficult, especially when they're coming from the "guilty until proven innocent" situation.  But we submitted all the documentation, and they called me yesterday and demanded to speak to DH immediately, so I had to track him down in the middle of his new job (first day too!) and they grilled him.  It terrifies me because it's massive fines plus repayment of benefits plus it disqualifies you for benefits for a while and then it cuts your benefit amount by 8 times.

 

They said it should be fine to my husband, but they told me it wouldn't be, so we're confused.
