In case you haven't heard, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. 6 more weeks of winter to come!

C'est la vie, eh?

In la Florida, it's jolly warm!  And has been so every day since I got back from Europe, where it got brutally cold after I left.  Yippee!

How can poor Phil know if it is his shadow, with all those fat guys in top hats so close?

Wiarton Willie the IMPOSTER WOODCHUCK? His opinions matter little! (just ask Mrs. Wiarton Willie)

Oh, my gosh, this is brilliant. If I ever get a digital camera, I will take pictures of Marta looking for her shadow on GroundMarta Day next year. Bands will play, crowds will gather -- I can't wait!
